Crisis situations are unavoidable. Every day we hear about environmental crises, economic crises and accidents. Most crises become public at some point and, in order to respond to them, open and credible dialogue with the public is necessary.

We weigh up  the means of communication according to urgency, sensitivity and complexity of the information and make sure that only one contact is available to the press.

3. Post-crisis (crisis analysis) - Exploiting opportunities

We openly criticise  tactics, rethink the crisis plans and eliminate the weak points. The aim is to view the crisis as an opportunity and to be better prepared for it than before (hyper-compensation).
